$70,000 – $78,000 per year + super (pro-rata)
About the company:
An innovative and creative global supplier of custom flavour and fragrance solutions for the food and beverage industry for more than 35 years is looking for an office/warehouse all arounder to help the smooth running of the business at their Australian warehouse.
This is a very autonomous position where you will be the main point of contact for the company. Many times working on your own.
Key Tasks:
- Answering product questions via email and phone
- Treating clients and ensuring 5* service
- Answering phones, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Processing orders, mail and couriers
- Providing support to the team
- Updating the CRM system
- Pick packing
- Taking orders and sending samples
- Occasionally assisting and attending trade shows
- Ad hoc admin as required
- Gathering items to be shipped
- Following up on samples sent out
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Be autonomous and take initiative
- Have high attention to details
- Pride themselves on their customer service skills
- MUST be confident and have no issues answering or making phone calls
- MUST be willing to learn
